This guide was created in response to a conversation that Donna Spangler and I had about student engagement. We discussed struggles that teachers are having to keep students engaged and to provide multi-sensory practice - even during a pandemic.
To make an activity about colors and numbers up to 39 more compelling and up-to-date, I decided to use some of the characters from the game "Among Us". I generally use PNG images of cute animals or foods, but given the popularity of this game - I HAD to take advantage of it. Even though the activity is pretty much the same as in the past, the level of interest and engagement is automatically higher when they see images of a game they love to play.
